    Good day @bmartell

We have upgraded your production instance as requested.

It is highly recommended that you login to the Connect & re-establish connection. You may see that your account is already connected but this does not mean the new information has posted to Salesforce.

To establish connection please see the following KB article: https://cnp.mn/Salesforce-Connection

    Latest Release notes: http://cnp.mn/Salesforce-Latest-Releases

Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

We have completed the post-installation steps in your Sandbox instance. However, if you share the Production OrgID we will review and complete the post-installation steps.

I have granted access to our development environment, our 3rd party integrations in the click and pledge setup is currently set to production instead of dev.

    Thanks,

    Good day @bmartell

No issues. You may switch to the Production mode anytime. However, it seems that the access to your Sandbox instance has expired. If you extend the access, we will complete the post-installation steps.

I performed both of the post installation steps on our dev Salesforce environment. However the second step when establishing a connection to Salesfroce, I switched back to prod after testing. Will it need to be on dev to complete the process and will switching it off of prod cause any issues?

    The Site name is: mis-stfx.cs13.force.com

    Thanks,
    Brandon Martell

These also need to be completed on your production environment.

    Hi,

Are these additional post install steps only required because this is our development Salesforce environment or will these also need to be completed on our production environment?

    Thanks

    Good day @bmartell

We have upgraded your Sandbox instance with the latest versions of our apps.

In order to complete the post-installation we need to have the:

    1. Force.com domain set up

Name:	Site sandbox.jpg
Views:	40
Size:	191.0 KB
ID:	44584

Please let us know your organization's website so we can set this up and complete the rest of the installation. Note that you cannot easily modify your Force.com domain name after the registration process.

    2. Establish the connection between Salesforce and Connect.

To establish connection please see the following KB article: https://cnp.mn/Salesforce-Connection

Looking forward to hearing back from you.
