    I tried verifying with both Chrome and Firefox, but the prompt did not appear for me to click "Allow" in either browser. However, data seems to be going into Salesforce just fine as far as I can tell.

    I have granted 1 week of access. I am logging in as "API User," our integration user, which has a System Administrator profile.

    Good day @Coleen

    We have seen that in the case of user non-Administrative it won't prompt you with the popup. Please make sure that you are integrating with System Administrator profile user in Salesforce.

    Please check and let us know what you see. Also, please grant us access to your instance and share the username you are using for integration so that we can review it.

    I received an email today that there is a problem with our connection. I followed all the steps to reconnect yesterday, so I thought everything was fine. Today I tried to re-establish the connection following the instructions, however, after I clicked "Verify," and logged in as our api admin, I did not receive a prompt asking me to "Allow." Please help!

    It is highly recommended that you login to the Connect & re-establish connection. You may see that your account is already connected but this does not mean the new information has posted to Salesforce.
