    I am requesting free upgrade assistance. (We just completed a big fundraiser yesterday, so I'm ready to to allow you access, which I've done for one week.)

    I've noticed that we've had a few charges that I've received emails about but they aren't in my C&P temporary contacts. I'm hoping this upgrade allows them to populate.

      Looks like I'm all set with the upgrade, however when I went to process transactions in the C&P Temporary Contacts section, there seem to be multiple entries for two people:
      Candace Havens (made two $30 purchases but there are 13 transactions listed)
      Carol Heath (made 1 or 2 donations of $51.48 but there are 10 transactions listed)

      Should I just process these to get them to go away or can you remove the duplicates on your end?

        It seems that you have posted the above transactions multiple times from Connect which results in multiple temp contacts. However, you may merge it. While processing temp contact you will see potential matches, select all of them with the same order number and process it.

          Thank you for your quick reply. These transactions just show up in our Temporary Contacts list . . . I don't post them. (They result from someone making an online donation on our web page, using the iframe we've created, or purchasing an event item on an online purchase web page.) You all upgraded our account on 10/23, which resulted in numerous transactions like these flowing through to the Temporary Contacts list. I processed them all and everything looks fine now. Just wanted you to know what had happened after you upgraded the account.
