    Please assist with Donor Management (PaaS) and Events per the following end of life email notice we received. We have granted access.
    End of Life (EOL) Application Support Announcement
    Starting October 1, 2018, applications that are more than 1 year old will no longer be supported or updated.

    Dear Sandy,

    Our records indicate that your organization's Salesforce instance is not up to date and shows a version that has reached its End of Life for support (read more).
    Here is some information that may help with identifying the account:

    Click & Pledge app version: 9.1703090007
    Package release date: 03/21/2017

    Starting October 1, data will no longer post to your Salesforce instance until it is upgraded. Please submit a request to the Forum for free upgrade assistance.
