    Please have Click&Pledge applications installed for Organization ID: 00Df4000003jzpn
    I granted access that org today for 1 week.
    Donor Management has been installed, I just need post installation completed.

    Good Day @jaskelson

    In order to complete the post installation, we need to have the:

    1. Force.com domain set up



    Please let us know your organization's website so we can set this up and complete the rest of the installation. Note that you cannot modify your Force.com domain name after the registration process.

    2. Establish the connection between Salesforce and Connect.

    3. Install latest Beta versions:

    We recommend you to install the latest Beta Versions of C&P PaaS Class Library and C&P Payment as a Service or if you allow us to do, we will do it happily.

      I'm sorry - I am so confused. I don''t even know how to access C&P Connect.
      The Foundation does not have its own domain - but it does have a page on the Library's Website. Does this work?

        You will need to follow the steps specified in the following link and establish the connection: https://cnp.mn/Salesforce-Connection

        The "Site" naming in Salesforce is a unique name across the entire Salesforce platform. We recommend to all of our clients to set this up with their domain name as the basis to ensure the brand consistent.

        Please confirm the site name so that we can proceed to set this up:

          When I log in with my email -- jaskelson@tandemcrm.com, I am taken to a different client's administration page. Can I toggle between accounts since I'm a consultant?

          Below is my NEW client's account information:
          Organization name: West Des Moines Library Friends Foundation
          Organization's primary contact: Jeff Thomas
          Primary contact email: wdmlibraryfriends@gmail.com
          Click & Pledge acct #: 50858
          Merchant account ID#: 39300982745514

            You will need to contact Jeff Thomas as he is the Admin user of the account and ask to add you as a user in the account.

              We have our force.com domain set up as wdmlibraryfriends.force.com, the connection with C&P is live, our account number is 50858, and one of our users has granted access to C&P for a week. Please let me know if we need to do anything else!

                We have completed the post-installation steps in your instance as requested.

                NOTE: Please note that the Salesforce Campaign defined in Connect (affecting the entire transaction) will be deprecated from Connect. Please review C&P Settings > Opportunity > Primary Campaign rules to ensure Opportunities receive the correct campaign. Check 'Use Transaction Campaign' in your C&P Setting rules to retain the Salesforce Campaign specified in Connect; however, we recommend implementing SKUs as the best long-term strategy.

                  Thank you! I am attempting to test a widget and in the preview I get a message that the transaction did not go through. A temporary contact was successfully created in Salesforce, but the cards are not processing. Can a card not be processed on a Widget preview? Or does something more need to be done before we are ready to take donations? Thank you!

                    We need to ask a big favor and truly hope you don't mind helping us with this. It is a small request. The forum has channels and each channel is set for a specific task. The requests for update and upgrades need to be posted to the Salesforce Update channel. This helps us with directing your request to the proper team. The new one you posted is not related upgrade and as such will create confusion for visitors as well as our team. Please post your new request into the appropriate channel.

                    Please include the order number of the temp contact and grant us login access to your SF instance so that we can review it.
