    Could you please assist with upgrading all of our C&P Apps?

    Our C&P Events are not sending the correct Connect Receipt despite all of the settings looking correct. Do you think that the need for an upgrade is why? Or is something else broken? Thanks.

    We have upgraded your Salesforce instance as requested.

    It is highly recommended that you login to the Connect & re-establish the connection. You may see that your account is already connected but this does not mean the new information has posted to Salesforce.

    However, regarding the receipt, would you please let us know which Connect receipt you are expecting to fire? and also share the order number so that we can review it.
