    We have upgraded your Salesforce instance as requested.

    It is absolutely important that you re-establish connection between Click & Pledge and Salesforce. With this update C&P Accounts are no longer needed to be added to Salesforce as the connection will automatically add the required information to Salesforce. It is extremely important that you login to the portal & re-establish connection. You may see that your account is already connected but this does not mean the new information has posted to Salesforce.

      Sorry, I updated the URL and the Salesforce.com company ID and verified the connection. It did not redirect me to SF, so I could login. It also did not ask me allow C&P to connect. What do I do now? Thanks!

        Please clear your browser cache or use any other browser and test it. We have tested your account and found NO issues with redirection to the SF login page.

        Please test it and let us know if you find any issues.
