    The Click & Pledge Salesforce applications are updated on a quarterly basis with interim bug & enhancement updates as needed. On average 6 minor updates are released for each application with 4 major releases on an annual basis. Starting October 1, 2018 data will NO LONGER post to versions that are more than 1 year behind.

    Free Complementary Service
    • Upon request our team will update the Salesforce instance with the latest release of all applications in addition to performing all post-installation requirements. This service does not include any data migration or customization. To request an update please post the request to the forum and allow 3-5 days for completion of the update. In the post please include the organization ID and grant login access to the Click & Pledge Support team. Details are listed at the top of this page in the highlighted yellow section.
