      We tried to uninstall but there is a validation/workflow you have on Contact object which is causing the issue to change the Record Type of the Contacts from C&P Online to other. We need to change the record of the Contacts from C&P Online to any other in order to uninstall our apps.

      Would you please review the workflow you have on Contact object and let us know so that we can proceed to uninstall?

          I don't recall having created any new workflows on the contact object since the last time C&P was uninstalled, so I am not sure why we're running into this issue. You have access to our interface, could you please clarify what workflow you are referring to?
