    Charlaine,

In Salesforce names don't mean anything it is the Campaign ID that identifies the campaign.

You should use the look-up feature, click on the campaign and then it will select the proper campaign. Copying and pasting the "name" of a campaign will not work. When you lookup the campaign, search for it and click on the name it will save the ID for the campaign but shows the campaign name which is purely cosmetics.

    Click on the campaign look-up

In the pop-up window search, find, and click on the campaign name

I can find the Campaign in the Search bar. I can also see the Campaign in NPSP. I copy and paste the name of the Campaign in the space for Campaign when building the event and it tells me it does not exist. So how can I get it attached to the event?

    Charlaine,

Why don't you search for the campaign you are looking for? As you see at the top there is a search button which let's you choose a campaign among all your campaigns. The window you are showing is a standard Salesforce window and not ours. The lookup feature shows recent campaigns and NOT all campaigns.

Type the name of the campaign in the search field at the top and it should show.

Please try it and let me know if that is not working.

    Charlaine,

Would you please submit an image of the screen you are referring to. What you are saying does not quite make sense to me.

I guess I explained this wrong. I can change the view on the page you show and have it as Recently Modified. It is when I am actually creating the event and I need to choose the campaign in Sales Force I only see Recently Views Campaigns.

    Hi Carlaine,

Recently Viewed is a pull down menu and can be changed to Recently Created. See below:

    Choosing the Sales Force Campaign

We are new to C&P/SF and I am backfilling the Webinar events where people can still register and watch the recording. In SF campaigns these events are still listed as In Progress”. When I try to find them when creating the event in C&P the only list I see is “Recently viewed” campaigns and these past events do show up in the list. Nor does using wildcard character seem to help. How can I change the view?
