    Charlaine,

When you upgrade Salesforce does not extend the settings you had set before to the new objects.

In the new release there is Custom Payment Type and name as 2 new fields. If you follow the post installation and ensures all is in place it will work. With upgrades those 2 fields are left as NOT Viewable.

Are there new post installation instructions after the release this week?

    Charlaine,

Are you sure you have done the post-installation correctly?

The payment form will take all the billing information but no credit card or payment fields will be shown. The button for registration will register the person.

It seems like you have not done the post-installation correctly for field level viewing and permission.

Please refer to the post installation document: http://manual.clickandpledge.com/Sal...tallation.html

New release for no charge events

So in my support call yesterday I was told I could turn off invoice for no charge events. The system requires something clicked in that section, so i choose custom payments and put in no charge. So once the person puts in first and last name and e-mail address they are done? They can't move on the the next page. They show up as an attendee but as pending.

Is this the correct way to handle co charge events?
And how do you move them from pending?

    Charlaine
