    Good day @brightbegin,

The reason you are unable to view those fields because user interface settings are set to “Enable Enhanced Profile User Interface”

To view those fields please follow the steps listed below:

    Login to https://login.salesforce.com/

    >> Setup >> App Setup >> Customize >> User Interface >> Setup >> here Uncheck the "Enable Enhanced Profile User Interface" >> SAVE

Please check and let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

    Thanks,

    Good day Rachel,

Please grant us access to your instance so we can review your settings.

Instructions on how to grant access are here: https://forums.clickandpledge.com/showthread.php?t=1037

Let us know when you have granted access so I can notify one of our test engineers to review your instance & installation.

I am missing this section as well while trying to complete my post-installation setup. I cannot tell from this thread how to resolve it.

    Neely,

We just did an event and tested it ourselves in your instance.

In reviewing your instance there is one event that has expired. So that we can test your issue we made that event live so we can review it.

All appears to be working fine without any issues. We logged into the account: [email protected]

We don't see any issues and all works. I am not sure why you are seeing the issue.

For free events you need to disable credit cards and only show Invoice or Custom Payment Type.

Let me know what your experience is.. we will go ahead and disable the event.

Hi I am still experiencing the problem. After selecting the event, adding an attendee, checking the terms and conditions box, I get the Authorization Required Salesforce page. Also, I notice that there is no EventRegistration_ThankYou page in my Event Layouts section. There are only 3 layouts (Opening Page, Attendee Page, and Payment Page.) Could this be the problem.

    Thanks again for the assistance.

    Neely,

One of our developers looked through your instance and fixed it.

    The issue was with: CnP_PaaS_EVT.EventRegistration_ThankYou

The above page was not added to your site. My mistake was not checking that step since I assumed that your page was working before.

Please test it and let us know if it is working.

    Neely,

I will review it further and will also request the event app developer team to also look at it. I am not sure if anyone from the team will be in over the weekend but I will definitely have an answer for you by Monday if I can't figure it out.

It is a permission issue for an object that apparently is not set to be viewed.

Okay, here's what is happening. I will get through adding an attendee, then check the terms/conditions, and press next....BUT it's not taking me to the next page which would be the payment page. Instead I'm getting the Authorization Required page. If it helps, I had similar permission trouble when adding PICnet's Soapbox Mailer to our account.

    Neely,

I reviewed the account and it seems to be all working.

Can you test one of your free events and activate the Custom Payment Type and see if the last page for payment works.

There is a setting in the Object Permission that shows: View All --> Enabled and it is checked so all objects are viewable in the form.

This login has Sys Admin permission and is active....but it has been since it was last used. This is weird.
