Stacy,
That explains it why you are not seeing the sites.
Please visit: http://clickandpledge.com/Platforms/...Salesforce.asp
complete the application and submit the required information. Salesforce requires a PDF upload of your nonprofit designation.
They will notify you once your account has been licensed. Based on what we have heard it takes about 2-3 weeks for activation.
Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

Ok - we only have the 30 day free trial. We do want to move forward and become a subscriber thought, especially since we are a non-profit and the salesforce platform is free. Let me know what I need to do. thank you for your quick response.

Good day Stacy,
Don't worry - once you realize the concept it will be easy.
First and foremost before we start- are you using a fully licensed Salesforce instance or are you using the 30 day trial version?
The 30 days trial version does not have SITES - Salesforce does not enable that feature until the instance has been licensed.
Let me know and I will walk you through it.

Post installation problem with C&P event mgmt in Salesforce
I'm a very new user to Salesforce but have been with C&P for several years. I have made it through the process of installing the C&P Event mgmt package and am now trying to follow the post installation procedures posted in the online manual. I'm not able to get past the first step of Developing a Site. When I goto the Setup/App Setup/ Develop/ the next menu does not include "sites" as shown on the instructions. How do I setup a domain name so i can start using the event management system?
I feel very lost in this setup...
Stacy
