    How do you enter multiple names when one person is paying?

    And what if one person is paying for another. (and not attending themselves)?

    Hi Charlaine,

    The person making the payment will have his/her information entered at the end of the registration process. The information will be used as the "Registrant"

    Multiple people may be added for each event level and these people will be listed as "Attendees".

    The system is designed to allow 1 person (attending or not attending) register unlimited number of people for an event.

      I guess I don't really understand. We did a test of registering one person and another paying. The registered person showed up in the SF Campaign and the paying person showed up in the Opportunity.

      Also what are they mechanics of entering multiple attendees? Do the Event Layout pages need to be different? Id there documentation somewhere?

        Charlaine,

        The Payee and Attendees both become members of campaigns as they are set in the Event.

        Campaigns:
        • Event Campaign: Payee as member
        • Level Campaign: Attendee as member

        Opportunity:

        Attendees are the items that are being purchased by the Payee. So one person pays for 20 people and each of those will be items in the basket. Each attendee becomes a contact and will show up as attending an event.

        How do you register multiple attendees?

        to add each attendee simply click on on the + sign next to the level. See below:
