    Does the Thank you response only go out after the payment is processed?

    Good day Charlaine,

    Yes- the "Thank you" message goes out once a transaction has been authorized.

    By "Thank you" message I am referring to the system's receipt that goes out once a transaction goes through. In Salesforce you may set up Autoresponders that go out for declined transactions as well.

      Thanks, what happens when someone chooses invoice and gives a check number, is that transaction pending until you actually receive the check?

      We run webinars and would like to have the link embedded in the thank you, but only when payment is actually processed.

        Charlaine,

        The problem is what you mean by transaction and what I mean by transaction.

        A transaction is ANYTHING that posts to us and by anything I mean: Credit cards, invoice, purchase order, custom payment type.

        All transactions return a receipt indicating the payment method.

        Receipts or acknowledgements may also be sent through the Autoresponder.
