  • Discount Plan Help

    For some reason discounts are only applying for the entire cart not for each "ticket". We have a past attendee discount of $20. If I add multiple people with registration type Past Attendee and apply the discount code it only give it to one ticket. I know our group rate is working on our other event and applying for each participant. How do I troubleshoot this. This event is going live MONDAY so I need help ASAP.

    Discount plan is for each event level. It is not for the entire basket. Each level has its own specific discount which applies when the condition satisfies.

    You cannot apply a global discount to the entire basket.

      I do understand that discounts are for each registration level. We are having a ton of issues with this event, can someone from support please contact me? We are unable to register more than one participent and are getting a "registration required" failure. This event goes live on Monday morning and we/I are in a bit of a panic.

              Thanks. I did indeed get the call you promised and the support person was able to work through the issues I was having. We will be able to launch our event Monday. We are also looking forward to 2.0. Any word when we might get a sneak peek of the features offered?
