    I have everything working pretty well, but it C&P seems to always create a new contact when someone registers, even if the first name, last name and email address match an existing contact exactly. I understand that the contact info isn't updated from a registration, but I thought that registration would be tied to the original contact record if one already existed. Am I missing something?

    Some details:
    I'm using the Non-profit starter pack and have changed the settings to match the instructions here: https://forums.clickandpledge.com/co...t-Starter-Pack

    Good day Jesse,

    The existing version of Event has a problem with reading the Contact record from the native Contact object because of permissions.

    The Anonymous user is not given permission to read the contact fields if the record is created previously using a higher permission level. This issue is being addressed in the next release through temporary contact and roll-ups.
