Authorization Required Error Showing Up After the Registrant Page is completed

Hi,

I am having problems trying to get the Event Registration Management process to work. I know a new release is coming out, but I would still like to use the current release.

The problem is that after the Registrant Info is filled out and the 'Next' button is clicked, the "Authorization Required" error shows up. I am not sure why that is happening.

Please email [email protected] so we can set up a user to review your account.

We need you to set up a user for us with admin rights so we can login and check your permissions. The error you are seeing has to do with invalid permissions that are set. The permission list is in the manual:

Once we have your request in support we will send you the UserID we need to have set up for review.
