C&P Event Contact Fields Help

I'm trying to create a new registrant contact information field for affiliation and want to map it to affiliation or company, but don't find that option.

Also, all those help links – Contact Fields Help, Registration Levels Help, Custom Fields Help, etc. – on the c&p event page just go back to the same help page, "Using Custom Related Lists." It would be nice if the links would go directly to the needed information!
