  • Registration emails being re-sent for archived events

    Hi, we use click and pledge events management and some of our archived events are resending confirmation emails to select attendees.

    The emails were set to send either when someone registered or on a specific date, but the date has passed and registration has closed meaning there is ne reason these emails should have triggered. I made them inactive now but they were still active before.

    The workshops in question are:

    QuickBooks Online 2023 on January 11, 2023 and ServSafe 2023 on February 27, 2023.

    Org ID is:00Di0000000H8fk and I have granted access for one week.
