error in site settings

I am getting this error:

There is a problem with the Salesforce Site settings. Please update the 'Default Settings' before starting a new event.

I've given login support permission into the org

I had the same problem! You have to go to C&P Event Management > Default Settings (on the left-hand side) > and then select a Default Site URL from your drop-down list > Update Settings
