Box Office Refused to Connect

Hi! I'm having trouble with my Box Office, the following error message appears:
generationhousing--cnp-paas-evt.vf.force.com refused to connect.

Good day @spicardbowen

We have fixed the issue. However, we noticed that the sharing settings of C&P objects are set to Public. As per SF Data Security, those should be changed to Private.
