Temp Contact Error

I cannot process a temporary contact. I get this error message:

• Use one of these records?
• Failed to create Account for Contact Cristiano Ruiz. Use one of these records?
• Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: FIELD_CUSTOM_VALIDATION_EXCEPTION, Failed to create Account for Contact Cristiano Ruiz. Use one of these records?: []--null--507--(CnP_PaaS)--System.DmlException

I've granted access for one week and our Salesforce.com Organization ID is 00Dj0000001q6mG.

You have created a custom validation in your ACCOUNT object that is blocking us from creating the account.

Since this is a custom validation we cannot do anything about it.. if you want we can review and disable it. This is something that is not standard validation and something you or your team has created.

Are you aware of any validations that requires manual check?

Hmmm. I'm not aware of any validations. Can you go in and disable it?

We found that there are duplicate rules on the Account object, we have deactivated them.

Please try to process the temp contact now and let us know if you find any issues.
