  • Unable to edit text blocks for existing events

    Hello! I am unable to edit any large text blocks (event description, body of event emails, etc.) for our existing events. I'm also unable to edit large text blocks for new events. I am able to open elements (for example, "Basic Information") and I can edit most fields, such as "Event Name" or "Event Type" but I cannot edit any fields that are typically large blocks of text. I need to edit several event emails and event descriptions and cannot do so right now.

    I have granted one week access. Please advise on how to fix this issue. Thank you!

    Sorry for the trouble you are facing. Please let us know answers to the following questions:
    • What operating system are you using? Windows, iOS?
    • What browser & version are you using?
    Also - your instance is NOT up to the latest release. Your installed version is from August 11, 2021. If you check the release notes:

    Starting October 1, 2018 data will NO LONGER post to versions that are more than 1 year behind. Updating to the latest release is free and upgrades are done at no cost. To request update please grant "Click & Pledge Support" access, through an Admin User, for 1 week and post your request, including your

    We can gladly upgrade your instance. All we need is your permission to upgrade.

      Thank you! You have permission to upgrade our instance. I am using Windows Chrome Version 106.0.5249.103. I'll try upgrading Chrome.
