Can't edit registration end date

We have an event this afternoon that we still want people to register for but the registration end date was yesterday at 11pm. I tried editing the end date and it doesn't keep the edit. Also tried adding a new level with a different end time and it didn't take that edit as well. I've given login access...the org id is 00DA00000000miZ. The event is the open house

Strange! We logged in to your instance and are able to change the date & time and it works without any issues.

We have reverted back the date so now it appears in the Archives.
