    We reviewed and found that the custom payment type was not enabled for the account which is why the transaction got declined with status pending. We have enabled the custom payment type now.

    Please test now and let us know if you find any issues.

    Hi,

    We have a event set up in event management, but the registration won't process. When I look at the registrations, I see them, but the status is just pending.

    There is only one active event, and that's the vent that I'm referring to.

    I have granted login access.
