    This appears to be a repeat of prior issue. I have an event "Introduction to Intimacy July 9, 2022 Online" which has no registration emails sent out from it. One of the emails is supposed to send immediately upon registration.

    You have been granted access for 1 week.

    Here is what I know:
    • the email is active
    • the email should go out immediately to the attendee upon registration
    • the person bought an item that should qualify it for sending
    • one person is current set as a temp contact, one is not
    • the email log is empty
    • going into the email and clicking the "Send Email" did not change the registration log
    • the last time this happened, I was told that C&P would keep an eye on this issue
    • the problem in March was not the first time it happened

    You can see the email settings, the "success" message and the empty email logs in the attached images. Would you look into this again?

    This appears to another instance of email not being sent. Would you please escalate this? I have been apparently given inaccurate information and my attempts to get assurances of oversight have failed. How do we fix this permanently? In a prior thread, I was told that clicking on the "Send Email" button will make

    We found the same issue as you posted previously. The Record ID is missing from the Event object i.e "C&P Event Email Account Junction" which is required to fire the Registration Emails.

    When you are cloning or importing the existing Events, please check the RecordID in the above object.

    We have fixed the issue for all of your Active Events. For future registrations, it will fire automatically and for old registrations, manually you need to click on Send Email button.

    However, we working to fix the above issue in the upcoming release.

      that is interesting. I usually create that type of event using the Events Import tool, not by directly cloning an event. Did you also look at that code?

        In the next release we are going to address this issue by assigning the Record ID for those email templates that do not have the account relation based on the Event.
