This appears to be a repeat of prior issue. I have an event "Introduction to Intimacy July 9, 2022 Online" which has no registration emails sent out from it. One of the emails is supposed to send immediately upon registration.
You have been granted access for 1 week.
Here is what I know:
- the email is active
- the email should go out immediately to the attendee upon registration
- the person bought an item that should qualify it for sending
- one person is current set as a temp contact, one is not
- the email log is empty
- going into the email and clicking the "Send Email" did not change the registration log
- the last time this happened, I was told that C&P would keep an eye on this issue
- the problem in March was not the first time it happened
You can see the email settings, the "success" message and the empty email logs in the attached images. Would you look into this again?
