Read more description showing 1/2 way down in iframe

The attendee popup is opening at the top of the module in iframe but when you click on the read more pop up, it goes about 1/2 way down. I've set the height of the iframe so that registrants do not have to scroll so much to bill out the billing section. Is this something I could address in the CSS? I have given access and the event is 2022 Conference Registration and the site template is 2022 Conference form only.
