We reviewed and found that the invalid card expiration date format is causing an issue to load the contact. If you allow us we will correct the card expiration date format for the contact.

We reviewed your instance and loaded a couple of random contacts but could not replicate the issue. Would you please share the Contact name/ContactID and Event name for which you see that error?

Existing patrons are not loading when being registered
When loading an existing patron, the drop down will appear when typing their name. When "LOAD" is selected we receive the following error. Salesforce user is 00D3i000000EE0J and access is granted
