Event Attendee with no info (but all fields were required)

We had a weird registration come through recently - an Attendee record with the name "a2F6Q000002zzWl" - here's a link to it. I've reached out to the registrant for the attendee details (it automatically connected to a Contact in Salesforce who is not related to the Registrant (which makes me think that's not the right Contact)), but thought I'd see if you can find those details (or at least let me know what happened here).

Strange! out of 120, only one Attendee has the issue. We have tested multiple scenarios but have yet to replicate the issue. It is a very strange case, it doesn't have attendee information.

If possible, can we get the browser and OS information of the Registrant, including the add-ons/extensions so that we can replicate the exact scenario?

You can contact the Registrant and re-register for that event again and issue credit for the previous transaction.

We will update you once we find out the root cause and if possible share the requested information.
