    Hello,

    I have followed the instructions laid out by this article, but the box office continues to give me trouble. Can you please advise?

    May I know what kind of trouble you are facing? Do you see any errors in BoxOffice?

    Please grant us login access to your Salesforce instance so that we can log in and review it.

      Hello - thank you! Also, my event transactions and CnP donations are not mapping into Salesforce properly. Could you take a look at that and advise? I will read some more articles to see if I missed anything, in the meantime.

        We just reviewed and don't see any error in BoxOffice. Would you please elaborate a little more about the issue? May I know what error you are seeing in the BoxOffice? and what do you mean by not mapping properly?

          I am experiencing the same issue I suspect. When attempting to access Box Office, I receive a "nph--cnp-paas-evt.na209.visual.force.com refused to connect." error and an unhappy face. This is an URGENT need (I'll be hopping in live support today), but thought I'd also make a mention here in case anyone else experiences this issue.

            Have you got a chance to join the live support? We just logged and reviewed the BoxOffice and found no issues.

              Yes, I was able to join live support, thank you!

              I did want to share the solution here for anyone else who may run into the issue: I had to uncheck the bottom two Clickjack Protection options in Session Settings: Click image for larger version

              I've re-checked them now that I'm done using the box office (Salesforce recommends enabling those features for improved security).
