Seat Selection

Hello, I am trying to setup an event with a seating chart that allows guests to select their own seat. Is this possible? Can someone please assist with this or give me a suitable workaround?

At this time we do not have a seat selection option for the event application. Perhaps one way of doing this would be to use custom questions and ask about preferences as first, second, or third choice. Naturally following this process assigning the seats is a manual process.

This option was originally scheduled to be in the upcoming release (Click & Pay Suite) but was removed when all in-person events were cancelled due to COVID. The feature is set to be included in the future releases of the Suite.

Sorry that we cannot provide a more direct way of doing this.
