Additional Fee Opt in/Opt out Functionality

As of now, we don't have Opt-in/Opt-out functionality in Event Management but you can utilize the Additional Payment option and label it Additional Fee.

Is there a way to add an opt in/opt out additional fee within event management? Similar to what you can add in a campaign form to cover cc processing, etc.
