Site won't open

Hi,

setting up a new event and the site won't open up. Here's the org id - 00D1I000002xZ3k.

The issue is tied to the two active events, both using the same template.

I have granted access.

It was due to the lack of permissions to the site guest user. However, we have assigned the permissions and the sites are working fine.
