  • No access to Temp Contacts

    We are getting this error message when we try to get into our C&P Temporary Contacts.

    List has no rows for assignment to SObject

    An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (CnP_PaaS_EVT)

    I have given one week access.

      Myself, Allison Tomai Felsen and Jenna Ayres. Shanise Taylor said she was able to process a temp contact.

        Good day @Allison

        I don't see any issues accessing C&P Temporary Contacts with the user you have granted access to us i.e. Allison Tomai Felsen.

        We reviewed Jenna Ayres permissions, and those look fine. If you grant access from Jenna Ayres as well, we can login and review it.

            I just compared the permissions that I and Shanise have with what was on Jenna's profile and added these:
            • C&P Event Admin Permission set
            • PS-CnP-IaaS-All-Permissions
            Could you double check the permissions please? She is now able to see the new ones but all the ones don't he second page are still giving that same error message.

              Would you please compare Jenna's profile with the following two permissions sets:

              PS-CnP-PaaS-ONLY-TemporaryContact
              PS-CnP-PaaS-Event-TemporaryContact

                  Would you please create a user for us with the same profile Jenna has?

                    Unfortunately, I don't have any extra logins to assign right now but I just tried to process any of the 18 entries that are currently in temporary contacts and I am receiving the same error message. You should still have access to my login.

                      Would you please share the temp contact order number and the ContactID you would like to merge with so that we can process the Temp Contact to debug the issue?

                            Good day @Allison

                            We reviewed and noticed that all temp records you are referring to (1-18) are from the Event: "Re-Imagining Consent: How Healthy Masculinity Can Play a Part in Healthy Relatio" and we found that you have deleted Registrant and Attendee records for those temp records which is the reason it is throwing an error. Now, all those temp records are orphans. You can delete those temp records through the Maintenance tab under C&P Settings.
