Limiting number of sales per transaction

Sorry, we don't have an option to limit the sale per transaction. However, we have a purchase limit for Anonymous Event in which you can limit Attendees for a level at one-time, and for Named Event, we have an option to limit the Group of Attendees for a level at one-time.

Named Event:



The number which is entered here will be considered as one registration. Example: If the registration included is one, then one attendee will be considered as one registration. If the registration included is five, then five attendees will be considered as one registration.

In the case of Anonymous Event, you can set the purchase limit for the Level.



Purchase Limit: This option is only for Anonymous events. The admin can set the purchase limit which will affect the “Qty.” section on the external registration page. The registrant cannot register more than the purchase limit.

For our online portal we'd like to limit the number of registrations per order to limit group size.
