    Registration Form not processing for some users

    Hello,

    We're having an odd issue. Some of our staff users that set up C&P Event Registration Pages in Salesforce are testing a couple registration forms, but when they click the Process button, they describe it as "the little pop up comes up and then is gone and the screen is the exact same as if I didn't click "process"." No registration is logged, no confirmation email is sent or received.

    I find it odd because I am unable to replicate the issue, but my coworkers are still experiencing it. Any ideas, is it possible that someone can take a look?

    Access has been granted for a week.
