Strange! We found that the same job ran twice on that date and time in your instance and was not repeated for others. We are investigating the case and trying to replicate it in our test instances. We will update you once find the root cause of the issue and will address it in the next release if found any.

We see that there are a number of active Events in your instance. Would you please share the Event name and the Registrant Name so that we can review it?

We have an event registration email reminder set up to ping registrants 1 day before the event starts. One registrant that has 2 registration records and 2 attendee records received 4 of the same email. Here's the link to the event - https://ydekc.lightning.force.com/li...ent_Management.

If the email is set up to send to the registrant, why would the recipient receive 4 emails if there's only 2 registrant records?

Is there a way to control how many messages are sent to the same email address?
