We have an event registration email reminder set up to ping registrants 1 day before the event starts. One registrant that has 2 registration records and 2 attendee records received 4 of the same email. Here's the link to the event - https://ydekc.lightning.force.com/li...ent_Management.
If the email is set up to send to the registrant, why would the recipient receive 4 emails if there's only 2 registrant records?
Is there a way to control how many messages are sent to the same email address?
