    I think we should have you create the default C&P Site. We only used the WG site because we were building a test event for training purposes and the C&P Site wasn't created. I think this was because we installed the PaaS and library ourselves and must not have had you do the post installation cleanup. In the future I'll try to make sure we have you do post installation cleanups when we have to install ourselves. Thanks!

    We generally create a site with the name C&P Default, and we update the permissions accordingly. However, we see that the existing site in your instance was used in the Events and we have assigned the below two permission sets to the site.

    PS-CnP-Event-ONLY-SiteGuestUser-CRU
    PS-CnP-PaaS-ONLY-SiteGuestUser-CRU

    If you want, we can create the site for you and update the permissions.

    My only concern re: the Site is that we won't be keeping it up for C&P on our end, and if you need to update permissions for it with an upgrade, how will you know which Site to update? We sometimes end up with 3 Sites in our user groups depending on the apps and services they need. Also, I thought you all created the Sites automatically with installations and ugrades (many of our C&P groups have C&P Sites already created, separate from our base Site that is a part of WaterGrass). I don't have a strong preference either way, but please be aware when doing your upgrades.

    PS - did you just assign one or more permission sets to the guest user, and if so, which ones? I can try to keep an eye out for that. Thanks.

    We have assigned the permissions to the existing site. However, if you want we can create another site for you and assign the permissions.

    I did some more looking into this and it appears the Site user was set to Pacific. I've changed that and it is now showing correctly in the Event. But this database only has our own Site set up (which we use for our own purposes), not a C&P Site. So the Events system must be defaulting to our Site, which does not necessarily contain access to C&P items (VF pages, apex, sharing, etc.). Should there be a separate C&P Site set up?

    Events shows wrong time zone.

    When setting up C&P Events, the Salesforce database was set to Pacific time, but we're in Eastern. We've changed the time zone for Salesforce but Events isn't recognizing that change. Is there a setting in the C&P Events app to change this?
