Community users do not have the same access to Salesforce native objects, and in order to have access to the "custom objects" that are installed with our apps - they must have the correct permission sets.

We advise users when we provide complimentary installation, that they must add permission sets for their users - we cannot set these for you programmatically, as Salesforce expects organizations to define what data their users can access. We also don't know which of your users will be using C&P apps, or how they will be using them.

Reviewing your instance, I suspect that your "School Partner Users" are part of the "School Leader User" permission set group. School Leader Users currently only have "PS-CnP-Event-ONLY-SiteGuestUser-CRU" and "PS-CnP-PaaS-ONLY-SiteGuestUser-CRU" - that is, they have the same access to data for our apps as a web site visitor.

Descriptions of our pre-configured permission sets are in our "Donor Management with Salesforce: Permission Sets" article. Review the available pre-configured permission sets, and add the ones you feel are relevant to the users that need them. If "School Leader Users" represents all the users you mean when you say "School Partner Users", you won't need to add permission sets to each individual user - you can just add them to the permission set group.

I apologize I should have clarified, I can download the reports as an Administrator but our School Partner Users cannot access the report.

I was able to download the Registrant and Attendee report for "BDC 2021 Fall Week of Giving!". Was there a specific event you noticed this issue with?

Hello! Our Registrant and Attendee report is not working in Event Management. After clicking "Download" I receive the error message: Page Not Found Registrant_Attendee_ExcelSheetReport. Our Organization ID is 00D36000000Il4uand I've granted access for 1 week.
