Hi there! We had a registrant reach out a few hours ago to say that he attempted to register for an event on our website twice, but each time got a force.com "Authorization Required" error message telling him to log in or register (screenshot below). I've confirmed that his registration did not seem to go through. Do you have any ideas what might be causing this? Our event is this weekend so I would love to resolve this ASAP, especially if anyone else is getting the same issue. Thanks so much!
