Cannot Create a New Event

Hello

We are unable to Create A New Event in CnP Event Management and are experiencing the following issues:

• We are unable to add Registration Levels and
• We receive this Error on all date fields: Value '09/12/2021 5:47 PM' cannot be converted from Text to DateTime.

Our Account ID is 27942

Thank you for your assistance. Of course, we are seeking to open registration for an upcoming event on Monday, September 13th

Sorry for the inconvenience. It is due to the "Enable ICU Locale Formats". If you grant access to your instance we will disable it for you or you can disable it by navigating as shown in the below images:




Here please make sure the Test Run is Disabled.
