  • Temporary contact error: Insufficient privilages

    One of my staff was trying to process temporary contacts and is getting this error about insufficient privileges related to creating a campaign. Jenna Ayres is the user who is having the issue. I tried to convert this temporary contact and was able to but I am an admin. All of the temp contacts that are currently waiting to be processed are giving Jenna this error.

    I've given you access to our account and the org ID is 00DG0000000h7RM.

    Hi Allison,
    Could you make Jenna a marketing user? Go to Setup > User > (Jenna's user) and check the box for "Marketing User".

    We did not show you as having granted access.

      Oops, looks like I forgot to hit save. Access is granted now. I added her as a marketing user in her profile.

        Would you please ask Jenna Ayres to process the temp contact now and let us know if she still sees that error?
