    Hi there,

    Order #36994-2105141419196845245 is having an error: "Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: REQUIRED_FIELD_MISSING, Attempted to add a campaign member where either the member id 'null' or the campaign id '7010d000001CPFb' is null.: []--null--285--(CnP_PaaS_EVT)--System.DmlException"

    There isn't a temporary contact I can process. I've tried reprocessing the C&P Data record in Salesforce, as well as posting to Salesforce from Connect, all with no luck. Help?

    We reviewed your instance and noticed that you have enabled the restricted picklist which is causing an issue to process the data in your instance:

    You will need to remove the restriction on the picklist and reprocess the C&P Data.

      Thank you. That worked.

      Which seems so odd to me- that field has been restricted since 2017.. upon further investigation, I can tell it's because the SKU map for the opportunity record type wasn't there.
