Attempt to de-reference a null object

Several users are seeing this error below when trying to access event reports in C&P Event Management, including me (System Admin profile). I have granted account access already. Could you take a look? It looks like all users already have correct permission sets.

It looks like you have manually deleted the Registrant Information which is the reason you are getting errors at Reports as well as on the attendee page. It looks like you have created these 2 records manually, without any data except Name.

In order to fix it, you have to delete those records or have to fill all the required fields. We suggest you delete those records and create a new transaction with Custom Payment for that Contact.
