  • Salesforce User Permissions

    I have a user profile that includes permissions to be able to edit anything in C&P Event Management. It was working but recently has been throwing this error:


    Attempt to de-reference a null object
    An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (CnP_PaaS_EVT)
    Organization ID 00DG0000000h7RM
    I've granted 1-week access.

        In order to debug the issue, we need to login as a user into your account. Please create a user for us with the profile HTN Standard User + Events so that we can login and review the issue.

        Please create a user and set the email to: [email protected]

          I am getting an error when I try to create a new user with that email. Is there another email I can enter here?

          Error: Duplicate Username.
          The username already exists in this or another Salesforce organization. Usernames must be unique across all Salesforce organizations. To resolve, use a different username (it doesn't need to match the user's email address).

            You may give any username but use the email as mentioned above i.e. [email protected]

                        Hi Allison,

                        We needed to assign the permission sets to the users you listed. Could you please have them login and make sure they can use the Event App now?

                        We have also upgraded your apps. Please verify that your Salesforce Connection is still connected.

                          Once again users are being denied access to the C&P Event Management object that have this profile HTN Standard User + Events. Could someone update the permissions?
