Thank you for you response. However, I am still seeing multiple Opportunities for this albeit they are for $0.00. Should we expect that an Opportunity gets created for each registration?

Good day @girlsempowermentnetwork
You have incorrectly set your Event Management > Event Name > Additional Information > Opportunity/Opportunity Product Mapping incorrectly.
Please review the following KB article: https://support.clickandpledge.com/s/article/event-management-with-salesforce-opportunityopportunity-product-mapping?r=1332&ui-knowledge-components-aura-actions.KnowledgeArticleVersionCreateDraftFromOnli neAction.createDraftFromOnlineArticle=1
However, we have changed those settings and reprocessed the following order number and it appears to be corrected the issue: 50410-2101271355595776836
Please check and let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

Multiple Salesforce Opportunities created Donation on Event

Overview: We have an event set up (Spring 2021 Saturday Spark Workshops) with multiple Pricing / Registration Levels -- each representing a different Workshop. The workshops are free to attend so we're only looking for people to register to control the number of seats. We also allow the registrant to donate during the checkout process.
Problem: It appears that the donation is only getting charged once but for each workshop the user registers for a new Opportunity is getting created in Salesforce.
Question: How can we prevent multiple donation Opportunities from getting created in Salesforce?
