A couple of Event page errors

Hello, I've got two event-related errors popping up that I'd appreciate your help with.

For one of my events, Demo Train, I keep getting the following error when trying to preview its site.

• The Event is not found
• There are no active C&P accounts for this event
• There is no Template selected for this Event!

And for the other, Demo Ball Event, I can see the site but the custom questions I've added just don't show on the registration page.

I've granted admin access for:

Salesforce.com Organization ID
