Missing State from UK dropdown list

Hi - I am trying to change the type of ticket from transaction 35724-210303220136843 by creating a new ticket and deleting the old one.

In the original transaction, the registrant's country is "United Kingdom" and the state is "West Yorkshire". Now, if I try to load the data from the existing patron, the country has the much longer name "United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland" and "West Yorkshire" isn't an option for the state anymore. Did some entries not get loaded in a database change?

Is this related to another issue I had where the payment processor wouldn't accept "18" as a postal code for Dublin Ireland?

The attendee record shows a GB address, not a UK address

Order Number: 35724-210303220136843 (S Daley) was entered through the Event Box Office, so the Country value was populated from the Contact record rather than the form picklist itself, which is why the country was listed as GB. We reviewed the ISO standard again in December so update to its current values, which may explain the difference.

The reason that the Attendee showed the abbreviated values rather than the long values was because when the transaction was made, the app was not adapting to the long versions. The latest release does so.


"W" options are not available due to a limit of 100 on the picklist. We are changing that limit to 500 in the next release. 'West Yorkshire' is omitted because it has been renamed in the ISO Standard. It is now listed as "Kirklees"
